NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
RESOLUTION ADOPTING CERTAIN FINDINGS AND APPROVING ENERGY SERVICE CONTRACT FOR ENERGY RELATED IMPROVEMENTS TO CITY FACILITIES WITH INDOOR ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES, A SITELOGIQ COMPANY.
Biola Community Services District Board of Trustees shall hold a public hearing on Thursday, November 21th, 2019 for the purposes of presenting certain findings, taking public comment, and approving a Resolution adopting the findings and approving an Energy Services Contract with Indoor Environmental Services, a SitelogIQ Company for the implementation of certain energy related improvements to Biola Community Services District facilities in accordance with California Government Code Section 4217.10 to 4217.18. The Biola Community Services District Board of Trustees findings shall provide and Energy Services Contract shall require that the cost to the Biola Community Services District to implement the energy related improvements will be less than the anticipated marginal cost to the Biola Community Services District of thermal, electrical, or other energy that would have been consumed by the Biola Community Services District in absent of purchasing the energy improvements.
