Important information that is needed to secure a date:
Drivers license/ID: we will take a copy of it and keep it on file along with the application.
Deposit: we only take check or money order *no cash*
Price:
$1,300 (all inclusive) + deposit of $500 (Deposit MUST be paid in full in order to secure date)
*Must pay with Check or Money Order and your Driver's License/ID will also be needed to set the date*
Entire event must be paid 1 month before rental date.
Security Guards:
*Maximum capacity is 300 people*
$25/hour and at least 2 will be needed. Security guards must be present at the start of the event. BCSD works with a specific company. You are not allowed to provide your own. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Setting Up for Your Event & Clean Up:
You will only have the day of the rental to set up for your event. 8am is the earliest the hall can be opened on your event date. Clean up will be the following morning (Sunday) from 9am-11am.
