Information Required to Secure Your Event Date

To reserve your event date, the following items are required:

Valid Driver’s License or ID
A copy will be made and kept on file with your application.

Deposit & Payment Method

• A $500 deposit is required to secure your date and must be paid in full.
• Payments are accepted by check or money order only.
• No cash accepted.

Pricing

• $1,300 all-inclusive rental fee
• $500 deposit (applied toward total cost)

Final Payment Deadline
The full balance must be paid one month prior to the event date.

Security Requirements

• Maximum capacity: 300 guests
• Security is required at $25 per hour per guard
• A minimum of two (2) security guards is required
• Security must be present at the start of the event
• BCSD works exclusively with a designated security company; outside security is not permitted
  (We apologize for any inconvenience.)

Event Setup & Cleanup

• Setup is permitted only on the day of the event
• Earliest hall access: 8:00 AM
• Music must stop at 11:00 PM
• Cleanup will take place the following morning (Sunday) from 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
