Reyes was first appointed the board in 2008.  He has seved as the Board President since 2011.  Mr Lozano has lived in Biola since 1966 and is well versed in Biola history.  He was born in raised Hughes Arkansas and graduated from Hughes High School.  He is a retried firefighter after a 34 year career with the North Central Fire Protection District.  His wife, Linda and he has three sons and two grandsons.  Woodworking remains his main hobby.  Reyes has a particular interest in upgrading the fire  fighting infrastructure in Biola, bringing more services to the community and improving the sidewalks/storm drainage in Biola.
