NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, on June 18, 2026, the Board of Directors of the Biola Community Services District adopted a Resolution of Intention to levy and collect assessments within the Landscape and Lighting Maintenance District (LLMD) for Fiscal Year 2026–2027 and accepted the Engineer's Report prepared in connection therewith.

 

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Board of Directors will hold a public hearing on the proposed Fiscal Year 2026–2027 LLMD assessments on July 16, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the BIOLA COMMUNITY CENTER, located at 4925 N. Seventh Street, Biola, California 93606.
