NOTICE OF VACANCY – BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Notice is hereby given that a vacancy exists on the Board of Directors of the Biola Community Services District due to the resignation of a Board Member on September 13, 2025.

In accordance with California Government Code §1780, the Board of Directors intends to fill this vacancy by appointment. The person appointed will serve until the next general district election, when the seat will be filled by vote of the electors.

Eligibility:
Applicants must be registered voters residing within the boundaries of the Biola Community Services District.

Applications must be received by 12:00pm October 14, 2024. 

The Board of Directors will consider applications and may make an appointment at a Regular or Special Meeting held after the close of the application period.
