Senior Citizen discount applications are now available for download. You can also request an application at the front office. These discounts and walk in services are authorized for persons 65 years or older. If you qualify and wish to receive the discount, please provide the information in the document below and return as instructed at the bottom of the page.
Biola Community Services District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Biola Community Services District
