Reyes was first appointed to the board in 2008. He has served as the Board President since 2011. Mr. Lozano has lived in Biola since 1966 and is well-versed in Biola history. He was born and raised in Hughes, Arkansas, and graduated from Hughes High School. He is a retired firefighter after a 34-year career with the North Central Fire Protection District. He and his wife, Linda, have three sons and two grandsons. Woodworking remains his main hobby. Reyes has a particular interest in upgrading the firefighting infrastructure in Biola, bringing more services to the community, and improving the sidewalks/storm drainage in Biola.
